  12.     Hello,
  13.     I wanted to start a project to implement V.34 modulation
  14.     on a TI or ADI DSP. I will be starting from scratch.
  15.     I have a team of 4 people with experience in V.32 etc.

  17.     Questions:

  19.     1) How much time I should budget for this project.
  20.     2) What is a good starting point. Is there any
  21.     public domain C or DSP code or documentation availible
  22.     3) Is this realistic. I have a Phd in EE from Stanford and
  23.     have good DSP experience, My team is quite qualified too
